The TechSoup order number can be found on both the request confirmation email and fulfillment email from TechSoup.
The product ID can be found on the product page of the device you requested on our website or in the TechSoup fulfillment email.
The asset tag or serial number is located on the refurbisher sticker affixed to the unit.
