The TechSoup order number can be found on both the request confirmation email and fulfillment email from TechSoup.

Please select the refurbisher partner of TechSoup that provided your hardware. This can be found on the sticker attached to the hardware or on the paperwork included with it.

The product ID can be found on the product page of the device you requested on our website.

The asset tag or serial number is located on the refurbisher sticker affixed to the unit.

This description will serve as your opening comment to the refurbisher warranty support staff.
